Welcome to day 5 of the 2025 One With Them Challenge.
You’ve made it to Day 6 of the One With Them Challenge. Over the past week, you’ve prayed, worshipped, fasted from Scripture, reflected deeply, and stepped into the shoes of persecuted Christians around the world. Thank you!
Each day, you’ve stood in solidarity with a different kind of Christian captive:
- Tara in Nepal, under house arrest without her Bible
- Believers in Iran, held in solitary confinement
- Eritrean Christians worshipping in shipping containers
- North Korean prisoners, denied even a glimpse of Scripture
- Nigerian families torn apart by abductions
But this journey doesn’t end here.
Every day, Christians are arrested, beaten, or isolated because of their faith. But every day, God is also at work—healing, sustaining, and even releasing captives.
In the past year, we’ve celebrated incredible answers to prayer:
- Laleh Saati and Mehdi Akbari were released early from prison in Iran.
- Alice Ngaddah, abducted in Nigeria, escaped her captors and returned home.
Your prayers are powerful. Your solidarity matters.
Today's Challenge
Today’s challenge is to Keep Going.
Make a decision today: I will not stop praying for Christian captives.
Whether it’s a daily reminder, a weekly fast, or committing to share their stories, ask God how He wants you to stay connected with your persecuted family.
Pray
Thank God for the captives who’ve been set free. Pray for strength and endurance for those still waiting. And ask God to continue stirring His Church to stand One With Them until all are free.
